ROLES


Every pack member must fulfil their respective duties. Here, you will learn more about the responsibilities you will carry when you take on your role. Each role will have a specific ability-- do not abuse this!

To use an ability, write the ability in caps before roleplaying.
To finish an ability, write the ability in caps after roleplaying.

If a role has a  locked symbol next to it-- that role is temporarily closed.

Lead Subordinate

THE TRAINER

Lead Subordinates govern the pack and ensure all members are fulfilling their duties. They are especially trained in their role and are skilfull in at least two others. Also known as trainers, they are able to frequently test and grade another member's performance on their duty. 

This role has the ability to 'control'; they are permitted to prevent a member from doing or interacting their role.

Hunter

THE PROVIDER

Hunters ensure there is a plentiful food source and long-term avaliability. They work with Sentinels to find and slaughter prey, as well as bring it back.

This role has the ability to 'isolate'; they may close off certain parts of the territory.

Guardian

THE PROTECTOR

Guardians are assigned a specific duty for the rest of their pack life. Rank Guardians will protect a certain rank; others protect a certain individual from harm.

This role has the ability to 'defy and deny'; may use force against any rank.

Enforcer

THE DEFENDER

Enforcers are the pack's barrier and the only defense. They work with the Trackers to physically remove other animals from the territory.

This role has the ability to 'alarm'; if used, all ranks must return to their respective den.

Tracker

THE PATROL

Trackers are very loyal to their duty in keeping out rivals; assisting the Enforcers in patrolling the territory's border to keep the pack safe.

This role has the ability to 'lock down'; refusing entry and exit to everyone.

Sentinel

THE SCOUT

Sentinels are essentially observers that have sharp sight and hearing. They will become a Scout when assisting Hunters in tracking down prey.

This role has the ability to 'trespass'; they may leave territory without permission.

Theta

THE SPINE

Thetas do not contribute to the pack's system and instead, are regular members. They may assist other roles in their duties but will only have basic skills in each.

This role has the ability to 'hurdle'; they may temporarily join another role.

Spiritualist


THE SHAMAN

Shamans have an expertise with herbs and their medicinal value. They can treat poison to bite wounds to allergies. Also known as the Spiritualists. They are more solitary than other roles and prefer to stick with others of the same alignment.

This role has the ability of 'miracle'; they may save one member from certain death.
